**Definition Quartier:** Quartiere sind Orte und soziale Bezugssysteme, die sich nicht durch offizielle Grenzen, sondern vor allem durch gelebte Strukturen seiner Bewohner\*innen (räumlich/geografisch, sozial/ethnisch) von anderen Quartieren abgrenzen. Gleichzeitig bietet ein Quartier eine ausreichende Infrastruktur, um sich als Quartiersbewohner\*in im Alltag auf die Angebote innerhalb des Quartiers zu beziehen.
